In October, crane manufacturer Effer SpA celebrated its 50th birthday by inviting more than 200 people from around the globe to join its 311 employees to an event at its factory in Minerbio, near Bologna, Italy.
Effer opened its plant doors opened its plant doors to give employees and guests tours and a look at the company's history, production process, and machine demonstrations.
