Elliott Equipment Introduces 50-Ton Boom Truck

Elliott Equipment Company, Omaha, Neb., has introduced its new 50-ton capacity boom truck. Designated the 50105, the unit features 105 feet of powered main boom and a 115-foot tip height.

Other features include an available 360-degree chart without front stabilizer and a tractor mount configuration. Glide swing operation allows for smooth and precise rotation. The crane also has a FrictionFree jib extension for easy jib deployment and stowage. A variety of jib lengths, platforms and accessories are available to best fit the unit to the user’s application. The 50105 comes equipped with a Load Moment Indicator (LMI) system for safe boom operation and a wide area definition system (WADS). Operator amenities include cup holders and a 12-volt cell phone charger.
