Empire Crane Company has promoted Katie Pharoah to sales manager.
Her primary focus will continue to be within the sales department with the added responsibility of managing the sales team and strengthening customer relations.
Pharoah has worked at Empire Crane Company since 2007, when she started as a temporary receptionist before quickly moving into the sales department where she has continued to increase her responsibilities.
Pharoah said, “I’m honored to be named sales manager of this fantastic team.”
She holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy Buffalo State University.
