Falling Wooden Beam Kills Construction Worker | Construction News

Evanston, Ill., May 2013—A construction worker died of head and chest injuries when a 70-lb. wooden beam fell six stories and hit him. The 16-ft.-long beam had been sitting loose and was knocked off a structure by a construction crane. No one else was injured. OSHA is investigating.  - www.chicagotribune.com
