Imperial Crane was recently recognized by the Association for Subcontractors and Affiliates. As a member of the Association for Subcontractors and Affiliates (ASA), Imperial Crane attended ASA's annual Safety Awards Program to honor member companies that have excelled in their focus and commitment to creating a culture of safety. Winners were determined according to their success in lowering a combination of safety-related factors, including Experience Modification Rate (EMR), OSHA Recordables and Citations, and their DART Rate. Imperial Crane received the two-year bronze safety award.
Imperial Crane also attended the NWIBRT (Northwest Indiana Business Roundtable) construction awards banquet, which recognizes companies that exhibit outstanding performance on the job site. Imperial Crane was nominated as Contractor of the Year award and was awarded the Recognition Award and the Excellence Award. The Recognition Award honors companies with DAFW, DART, and TRIR lower than the national industry averages of the company's NAICS code group. The Excellence Award is given to companies that have met the achievement award criteria for the last three years and has demonstrated an acceptable safety management system.
