Link-Belt Promotes Culler to VP of Manufacturing | Construction News

Link-Belt Construction Equipment Company has promoted Paul Culler from director of materials to vice president of manufacturing, effective January 1, 2017.

Chuck Martz, Link-Belt’s chairman, CEO, and president made the announcement at the company’s headquarters in Lexington, Ky.

Culler began working at Link-Belt 35 years ago as a design engineer. He later worked on various systems and projects, such as engine installations, electrical system designs, and the Greer RCL system application.

In 1993 he moved to production engineering, assembly, and paint supervision, then assumed his most recent position, director of materials, in 2004.

Culler has played a major role in Link-Belt’s evolution as a crane manufacturer, working alongside engineering to source materials for a completely new crane line the company introduced in 2005, the telescopic crawler crane.

“Paul’s solid background of engineering and manufacturing experience blends him into the ideal candidate to continue to build and enhance the Link-Belt Production System which is critical to ensuring the highest quality produced crane in the market,” said Martz.
