Luminart Corp. Creates OutWest Field Services LLC Division to Provide Crane Operations in North Dakota

Luminart Corp. announced the finalization of approved vendor status with Thomas Tools for its new division, OutWest Field Services LLC. OutWest will specialize in the storage and hauling of pipe, moving of miscellaneous heavy equipment, and supplying crane operations and qualified riggers for the oil industry in North Dakota. As an approved vendor for Thomas Tools, OutWest will provide pipe hauling services at $125 per hour and crane services at $400 per hour for an estimated $150,000 per month in revenue to start. Other services, which are still under negotiation and pending due diligence by parties involved, could more than double the monthly revenue for OutWest in a matter of a few months.

Luminart President Burke Bentley said: "We're not only adding a new division to our company, but we're also adding a key individual to our growing organization. What division manager Mike Phillips brings to the table in terms of knowledge and expertise is invaluable. Mike has 28 years of experience in building pre-cast construction, crane facilitation, and heavy equipment transportation. Mike is a huge asset to the company and adds a necessary component to our continued diversification in the industry."

Mike Phillips, owner and founder of OutWest C&E Inc. "North Dakota is streaming with revenue potential in so many areas, and the addition of this division definitely broadens the scope of one of North Dakota's most aggressive companies in the infrastructure development industry."
