EnCORE, a rebuild, repair, remanufacture and exchange program available to Manitowoc Crane Group customers through Manitowoc Crane CARE, now includes an option for remanufacturing hydraulic cylinders. Through a new partnership with Garrod Hydraulics, York, Pa., 100% of EnCORE cylinder remanufacturing is currently done by Garrod.
The service will be available to MCG crane owners through local Manitowoc CraneCARE distributors. Benefits include maintaining the machine's integrity by repairing it with certified parts, a quick turnaround time, a competitive warranty and off-the-shelf components to reduce downtime.
Having partnered with Manitowoc Crane CARE on smaller projects in the past, Garrrod Hydraulics has the facility capacity to handle massive hydraulic cylinders, such as those used on Manitowoc Crane Group products.
EnCORE is one of five key disciplines in the Manitowoc Crane CARE program, which also includes Parts; Service and Technical Support; Technical Publications; and Training.
