Trainers and speakers from CraneDoctor, the Alabama State Port Authority, Industrial Training International, The Crosby Group, and Barnhart Crane & Rigging will participate in the Maritime Lifting Solutions Workshop, to be held December 7-9, 2011, at the Battle House Mobile Renaissance Hotel in Mobile, Ala.
Hosted by the Alabama State Port Authority, the event’s interactive workshops include: advanced rigging fundamentals; barge crane operations; rigging capacities; special issues in major component logistics; lift director and site supervisor; state of the port authorities of America; critical lift planning; engineering considerations for heavy intermodal lift transport; multi-crane lifts; training, qualification, and certification of personnel; load handling and procedures; and heavy lift.
