ML Holdings Buys Winslow Crane Service | Construction News

ML Holdings Company Crane Group has purchased Winslow Crane Service Co. from the Winslow family.

Founded in 1953, Winslow Crane has employed three generations of the family and developed a like-family feeling with its employees and customers. A company news release announcing the sale said the Winslow management chose ML Holdings as a buyer because ML will continue the tradition of excellence Winslow Cranes has established for the past 63 years.

In addition, said the news release, being part of the ML Holdings Company Crane Group will enable Winslow to connect customers with many additional resources and branch locations when the need arises.

ML Holdings will reportedly keep the same employees and team in place at Winslow.

Under the ML Holdings ownership, Winslow Crane Service Company will maintain its local Colorado feel while adding more labor, cranes, forklifts, trucks, and trailers as well as specialty rigging gear and transport trailers to its fleet.

Dennis Dexter, a Denver native and 39-year Winslow employee, will continue as general manager of Winslow Crane Service Company.

Bryant Winslow will also continue to support the expanded company with business development.

Winslow management has the full support of ML Holdings Company Crane Group as well as access to ML's vast equipment, resources, and employees throughout ML's twelve branches.
