SANY America, Peachtree, Ga., has entered a dealership agreement with Coast Crane Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Essex Rental Corp. The partnership with Coast Crane extends Sany’s mobile crane distribution network into California.

As a premier provider in the crane industry, Coast Crane has grown over the past 42 years to include 11 full-service locations. The company supplies lifting equipment to a wide range of projects, including power generation, petro-chemical, refineries, water treatment and purification, transportation, industrial plants, and commercial and residential construction.

In addition to crawler and rough terrain cranes, SANY America markets concrete pump trucks, excavators, and port machinery in North America. Last fall, the company announced it will build a $25 million R&D center alongside its 400,000 square foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility. When complete, the site will employ 300 hydraulic and mechanical engineers.
