Sarens North America Holding Inc. has acquired Canada Crane Services Inc., Nisku, Alberta.
Canada Crane Services, a family-owned and operated company since its founding 25 years ago, provides engineered heavy-lift and transport services throughout western Canada. By leveraging the strengths of both organizations, the Sarens Group is well-positioned to extend their services to customers in Alberta and all of western Canada, providing a full range of heavy-lift and heavy-haul services to the region.
Leading the effort will be Terry Danderfer, who assumes the role of managing director after successfully guiding Canada Crane Services since its inception. Also joining the new organization are two seasoned and respected industry veterans, Gordon Guenette and Clarence Zuk.
