Tadano America, Houston, Texas, has added personnel specifically to help with customers in the Latin American market.
Pedro Delao has recently been hired as a service engineer., working out of the Tadano America headquarters in Houston, Texas. A Houston native, Delao speaks fluent English and Spanish and can read and understand technical German. He attended the University of Houston and is a graduate of Universal Technical Institute (UTI) in general studies with a main emphasis in diesel technology. Prior to his position with Tadano, he worked for a well-known crane manufacturer and Bauer-Pileco.
Marco Gonzalez was hired early this year as a service engineer,and brings 17 years of experience to the company. Gonzalez speaks English and Spanish fluently and has numerous certifications and training. Prior to joining Tadano, Marco was employed with a material-handling manufacturer and held sales, testing, and service positions throughout his tenure.
Juanita Mendoza has recently been hired as Tadano’s parts representative. In her new position, Juanita will be translating and communicating with customers and dealers in Latin America. She brings more than 13 years of administrative and customer service experience in the fields of healthcare and education and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
