Terex Services Merger Complete

Terex Corporation reports that the merger between Crane America Services Inc. and Terex Utilities Inc. is complete. The combined company began operating under its new name, Terex Services, on July 1, 2013

 

According to Terex, the merger allows the company to leverage the combined strengths of the companies, providing customers in more than 50 markets with improved support, expanded product offerings, and a commitment to safety and uptime reliability.

 

Terex Services customers will benefit from the company's 900 North America team members, expanded geographical coverage, and the ability to service a broader range of products at customer sites, including process cranes, aerial work platforms, and tower cranes for a variety of industries. The company is committed to developing customer-driven solutions that ensure safety and reliable uptime, contributing to a lower total cost of ownership.
