In construction news, Delta Rigging & Tools Inc. is now the exclusive distributor of Italy-based Redaelli specialty compacted, non-rotating, and multi-strand steel wire ropes--for both onshore and offshore-- in the Gulf of Mexico. Redaelli wire rope applications include; steel wire rope for offshore cranes, abandoning and recovery winch systems, A-frames, ROV and diving bell systems, anchoring and towing systems, as well as deployment winches, among others.
Redaelli is best known for its Flexpack wire rope that's designed for subsea applications. The specific design, based on a modular strand concept, together with the compaction of all strands, provides the right combination to achieve top performance. Redaelli has been awarded by Guinness World Records for two consecutive years for the heaviest wire rope ever manufactured in the world.
“Carrying the Redaelli line was a good fit since we have the ability to stock the large diameter ropes and deliver conveniently out of our facility in Hurst, Texas,” said Mitch Hausman, president and CEO for Delta Rigging & Tools. “We were honored to receive the offer to enter into the Distributor agreement, and are eager to start delivering this high quality product to our customers” continued Hausman.
