High Reach Co. LLC (HR2), Sanford, Fla., has completed the acquisition Genisys Software, Minneapolis, Minn.
“This will solidify Genisys’s position as a proven provider of fully integrated software to a variety of rental industries. Combined, Genisys has licensed its various software suites to rental locations in 45 states and in Canada.” said Helen Lum, chief financial officer at HR2. “For the customers of Genisys, its employees and vendors, this acquisition marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Together, we can look forward as a stronger organization; focus our energy and attention on delivering innovative new products; extend core capabilities and provide exceptional customer service that will help our customers generate more service and sales.”
“This acquisition is a game-changer for Genisys. It will allow us to keep the entire team in place (including the support and development staff), while accelerating their opportunities to drive organic growth from their existing customer base and new clients,” said Martin Selkregg, IT/Network Administrator at HR2. “It also provides entry into new markets, with their upcoming SaaS (Software as a Service) hosted product line,” added Selkregg.
Genisys has developed several different web portals to allow for anything from basic website integration to a fully integrated web store to help customers increase revenues from rentals, sales, parts, and service. New products are currently in development, as well as version 8.0 of AlphaRENTAL and updates to the Genisys Mobile product line. AlphaRENTAL a fully integrated solution for rental and sales functions, including quotes, reservations, rental contracts, invoicing, inventory utilization, parts, maintenance, management reports, dashboards, and financials.
HR2 has already begun the process of integrating the two organizations.
