JCB Adds Dealer in Alaska | Construction News

JCB has expanded its North American dealer network by adding Miller JCB, a full-service dealership that will sell and rent new and pre-owned heavy equipment in Juneau, Ketchikan, and Wasilla in southeastern and south-central Alaska.

Miller JCB was founded in 2005 as Miller Construction Equipment Sales in Juneau, and then expanded into the Wasilla market in 2009. In partnering with JCB, Miller JCB will continue providing excellent customer service while growing JCB’s presence in Alaska. Three salespeople and seven service technicians dedicated to JCB will ensure customers receive knowledgeable, one-on-one attention at each location.

Terrence Miller, Miller JCB’s president, is enthusiastic about the new partnership and opportunities ahead for both JCB and the dealership. “We’re proud of the strong reputation we've built in the region and of the success we’ve already had selling JCB equipment,” he said. “Now, by offering JCB’s full line of equipment, we can better meet customers’ needs and feel confident we’re providing a quality product and resources.”

JCB’s full line of equipment includes skid steers, compact track loaders, backhoes, wheel loaders, utility vehicles, excavators, and Loadall telescopic handlers.

“Miller JCB’s goals and values align well with JCB’s corporate philosophy, making this partnership a natural fit,” said Dallas Reeves, JCB North America’s vice president of sales. “We’re pleased to welcome them to our dealer network, and we’re looking forward to watching them grown and succeed in the Southeast Alaska market.”
