JCB has announced the ground-breaking for Monk JCB’s new construction equipment dealership location in Houston.
The $8-million facility will open in the first quarter of 2020, and it will exclusively sell and support JCB construction equipment.
The 10-acre site will accommodate a 13,000-sq.-ft. building for offices and a showroom, as well as a fully equipped service department with eight service bays. Additionally, 2 acres of product display and demonstration areas will allow customers to test an extensive range of JCB construction machines like telescopic handlers and backhoe loaders.

Monk JCB currently operates a construction equipment service operation from a different location in Houston—serving Harris, Brazoria, Fort Bend, and Montgomery counties—with fully trained JCB technicians offering field and shop service, as well as parts sales.
