Arrowhead Winch has named Joe Hillenburg senior district sales manager, expanding its sales leadership team within the winch, hoist and drive equipment sector.
The company announced the appointment June 5, stating that Hillenburg brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and leadership roles within the industry, along with familiarity with BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic product lines.
Before joining Arrowhead Winch, Hillenburg served as national sales and marketing manager at Winches Inc. He also previously worked as technical sales and service manager for PACCAR Winch, now part of Arrowhead Winch, where he supported product service and technical assistance.
“It’s a privilege to welcome Joe back to the Arrowhead Winch team,” said Paul Hiltenbeitel, vice president of sales and marketing. “We’ve continued to work closely with Joe over the years, and his industry knowledge, technical expertise and customer relationships will be a tremendous asset to both our team and our customers.”
Arrowhead Winch said the appointment supports its ongoing focus on sales support and customer engagement across its industrial product portfolio.
