Blake Chandler to Lead Arrowhead Winch as CEO

Arrowhead Winch has named Blake Chandler chief executive officer, effective July 6, 2026, adding a longtime industrial manufacturing executive to lead the company’s next phase of growth.

The company, which manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems, announced Chandler’s appointment on June 9. Chandler brings three decades of experience leading growth, business development and operational initiatives across industrial manufacturing and distribution organizations.

Before joining Arrowhead Winch, Chandler spent 18 years at WireCo WorldGroup, where he served in multiple leadership roles, including senior vice president of global sales. During that time, the company expanded into a global organization with annual revenue exceeding $800 million.

Chandler most recently served as general manager of the rigging business for Lift Solutions Holdings, where he led strategy, sales, operational performance and financial oversight.

As CEO, Chandler will oversee Arrowhead Winch’s operations across its BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brands, with a focus on innovation, customer relationships and long-term operational growth.
