
AXCS Equipment has introduced a new website designed to improve access to equipment information, service resources and support tools for customers, dealers and maintenance teams.
The redesigned platform includes updated equipment pages that place brochures and manuals at the top of each page for easier access. Users can also select equipment options that link directly to dedicated product pages with additional details and purchasing information.
“Our goal has always been to engineer solutions beyond the machine itself,” said Eric Liner, CEO of AXCS Equipment. “This new website is a digital extension of that commitment. We are giving our customers a powerful, intuitive tool that streamlines everything from finding the perfect lift to managing service and warranty claims, ultimately ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency on the jobsite.”
The website introduces several new customer support features, including a service ticket system, a warranty claim system and a service bulletin lookup tool. According to the company, the lookup tool is intended to help maintenance personnel quickly locate service documents while maintaining access to existing resources in the Resource Library.
AXCS Equipment also launched a dealer portal that will serve as a platform for future capabilities aimed at supporting its dealer network.
Additional updates include an expanded careers section and a redesigned blog and news platform.
The company said it is also developing a QR code machine lookup feature that will provide serial number-specific information directly to users' mobile devices through new machine decals.
