AXCS Equipment has introduced a new online parts portal aimed at improving replacement parts access for mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) owners and fleet operators.
Announced June 17, the self-service platform supports both AXCS equipment and legacy Hy-Brid Lifts machines. The company said the portal is designed to provide a faster and more streamlined way for customers to locate compatible parts, place orders and monitor shipments.
The system allows users to search by machine serial number to identify the correct replacement components. Interactive SVG schematics provide visual diagrams of equipment assemblies, allowing users to select individual parts directly from the illustrations.
“For too long, parts ordering in our industry has been slow, manual and unnecessarily complicated,” said Eric Liner, CEO of AXCS Equipment. “We set out to change that. This portal is about giving our customers full control — fast, accurate and on their terms.”
The platform also includes automatic part supersession functionality, which identifies outdated components and redirects customers to the latest replacement part. Users can view current inventory levels and pricing in real time before placing orders.
Additional capabilities include credit card payments, purchase order processing for approved customers, live freight calculations and shipment tracking. A centralized account dashboard provides access to order history, account settings and billing information.
According to AXCS Equipment, the new portal is intended to improve the ownership and maintenance experience by simplifying parts procurement and reducing delays associated with traditional ordering methods.
“With this portal, we’re removing barriers and putting power back in the hands of our customers,” Liner added. “It’s another step forward in how AXCS is engineering solutions beyond the machine itself.”
The AXCS Parts Portal is available now and can be accessed by customers across the United States.
