Bigfoot Construction Equipment has announced a collaboration with Trevor Pease of Pease Group, who will support the company as a fractional executive consultant. The partnership is intended to support Bigfoot’s continued growth and long-term strategic planning.
Pease brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across construction media, crane and industrial markets. Before founding Pease Group, he spent more than three decades with a global construction media organization, ultimately serving as chief operating officer. His professional focus included digital transformation, commercial development and scalable systems within construction and equipment businesses.
Bigfoot operates in the ground protection space and has delivered American-made products for more than 30 years. The company’s equipment is engineered for challenging environments and is used across a range of construction applications.
According to the company, Pease’s industry experience and familiarity with founder-led businesses will support Bigfoot’s efforts to strengthen internal operations and advance strategic initiatives. He will begin working with the company immediately as Bigfoot continues to expand.
