Bravi Platforms has launched a new streaming-based technical training system designed to support customers involved in rental, resale and service of aerial work platforms. The digital initiative debuts with a comprehensive technical video dedicated to the Leonardo HD model.
The training video is available online in five languages — Italian, English, Spanish, French and German — and is intended to provide consistent technical information to service teams across multiple markets.
Content included in the Leonardo HD training covers the unit’s main features and key components, safety procedures, basic maintenance and service tasks and diagnostic functions such as display interpretation and error codes. Bravi Platforms stated that the program is designed to improve technical understanding while promoting correct and informed use of the equipment.
A key feature of the training system is the use of 3D visualization, allowing users to virtually explore the aerial platform and observe how components interact during operation. The approach is intended to support clearer comprehension of machine structure and operating logic.
“This initiative forms part of Bravi Platforms’ broader strategy to build stronger customer relationships by leveraging digital solutions complementing technical manuals and after-sales services. Our main goal is enhancing our customer’s overall product experience,” explains the CEO, Pierino Bravi.
According to the company, the streaming training format will be extended to additional models, with technical content for the Bravi Sprint platform expected to be released in the second half of the year.
Bravi Platforms said the digital training system is intended to complement existing documentation and after-sales services, supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their machines.
