CM Labs has added new training management features to its Intellia Workforce Training System, including tools for reviewing training sessions, assisting instructors and trainees, and sharing classroom performance results.
The latest updates include After-Action Review, AI Assistants, and a performance leaderboard. The features are intended to help instructors personalize training while managing larger groups of trainees.
After-Action Review records training sessions in Intellia Instructor so instructors can review performance after a session. During playback, instructors can move through the 3D environment and evaluate trainee behavior from different angles, including goal completions and errors. The information can be used to identify areas where trainees are making mistakes or falling short and adjust training plans accordingly.
AI Assistants draw from CM Labs' product documentation to provide context-aware answers through voice or text. The tools can recommend exercises and assist with course planning for instructors, while trainees can receive guidance during exercises.
The performance leaderboard provides dashboards that allow instructors to share live results with the classroom and encourage competition among peers.
