Skyjack has named Dave Wanta regional vice president of sales for the Southeast United States, bringing the industry veteran back to the company after previously serving as its national accounts manager.
Wanta has more than 30 years of experience in machine and equipment sales, along with leadership experience in construction and aerial equipment. During his previous tenure with Skyjack, he served as national accounts manager from 2017 to 2020.
Matt Tavianini, Skyjack's vice president of sales for North America, said Wanta's rental industry experience will add perspective to the company's Southeast sales team.
“We’re thrilled to announce Dave as our regional vice president of sales for the Southeast,” shared Tavianini. “At Skyjack, we pride ourselves on designing for the rental industry, and Dave’s depth of experience and leadership within the rental industry brings a crucial perspective to our team. Wanta said his return creates an opportunity to continue working with Skyjack customers and supporting their goals.

Skyjack, a division of Linamar Corp., manufactures aerial access and telehandler equipment. Its current product range includes vertical mast lifts, DC electric scissors, rough-terrain scissors, telescopic booms, articulating booms, telehandlers, and ELEVATE telematics.
