EquipmentShare has opened a new flagship branch in Jacksonville, Florida, expanding its equipment rental and technology offerings for contractors and industrial customers in North Florida.

The company celebrated the opening of its new Core Solutions facility with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Select Florida and community partners. EquipmentShare said the Jacksonville site serves as its flagship branch in Florida and is intended to support growing infrastructure and industrial activity in the region.

Located on 8.5 acres, the 17,000-square-foot facility combines EquipmentShare’s rental fleet with a co-located CASE Power & Equipment Florida dealership, creating a single location for equipment rental, purchasing and support services.

According to EquipmentShare, contractors in the Jacksonville metro area are currently working on highway expansions, port improvements, storm hardening and energy projects, creating demand for equipment backed by local service and technology.

The branch uses EquipmentShare’s proprietary T3 platform across its rental fleet. The technology provides real-time equipment visibility, maintenance monitoring, credentialed access keypads with individual PIN codes and site security features designed to improve safety and reduce downtime. The same system can also be integrated into newly purchased equipment, allowing fleet owners to monitor machine health, utilization and location.

“Florida is building at an incredible pace, and our growing presence in this state allows us to be a primary partner for the massive projects taking place in this part of the country,” said Kim Anderson, general manager of the Jacksonville branch. “This facility is one of largest in our entire network for a reason: the demand here is immense. With our T3 technology, we are renting machines and giving Jacksonville contractors unparalleled control over their operations while helping them build the future of Florida.”

EquipmentShare said the opening represents an economic investment in the region. The company noted that each new branch is associated with 25 to 50 jobs and a projected investment ranging from $35 million to $70 million, including equipment, salaries and capital improvements.

The Jacksonville location becomes EquipmentShare’s 28th facility in Florida and joins the company’s Advanced Solutions and Container Solutions network in the state. Nationwide, EquipmentShare operates more than 407 locations and plans to expand to more than 700 locations over the next several years.

During the grand opening, EquipmentShare presented a $1,500 donation to Wounded Warrior Project as part of its “Giving Back” initiative. The company also referenced its ongoing veteran support efforts, including the Jacksonville “TELEHERO” telehandler program launched in 2022, which donates 10% of rental proceeds to veteran organizations.
