Ian Hucker, vice president of GM Envolve, has been named the keynote speaker for the Green Truck Summit at Work Truck Week 2026, taking place March 10 in Indianapolis. His address will examine trends shaping the future of multi-stage commercial vehicles, including developments in powertrains, connectivity and equipment integration.
Green Truck Summit is part of Work Truck Week 2026, which runs March 10–13 at the Indiana Convention Center. Produced by NTEA – The Work Truck Association, the event includes educational sessions, The Work Truck Show, ride and drive experiences and industry meetings.
In his role at GM Envolve, Hucker leads General Motors’ fleet and commercial business operations. His responsibilities include developing integrated fleet solutions and supporting customers through telematics, diagnostics and safety software.
“With his extensive background in senior sales leadership across the global commercial vehicle industry, Ian Hucker understands the technological forces and customer demands that are driving us forward,” says Kevin Koester, NTEA managing director. “His unique grasp of the dynamics that underpin customer expectations makes him an ideal keynoter to set the tone for the 2026 Green Truck Summit.”
Hucker will outline how multi-stage commercial vehicles are expected to change over the next five to 10 years, highlighting the impact of technology adoption and evolving customer requirements. He will also discuss how chassis OEMs are preparing for next-generation platforms.
The keynote session will be followed by general sessions and breakout discussions covering emerging vehicle technologies, ADAS integration and data-driven decision-making across commercial vehicle applications.
