H&E Equipment Services Inc. has opened a new rental branch in Fairburn, Georgia, just south of Atlanta. It is the company’s fourth Atlanta-area facility and its sixth in Georgia.
Located at 7735 Bishop Road, Building B, in Fairburn, the 9,692-sq.-ft. facility sits on 4.5 acres. It has a fully fenced yard, offices, and a repair shop with four service bays.
It can handle a variety of construction and general industrial equipment for customers in southwestern metro Atlanta.
“H&E has responded to the strong Atlanta construction market by recently opening a branch north of the city and now Fairburn to the south, extending our reach to customers all around the Atlanta area,” said Mike Allen, director of operations. “This expansion creates a cluster approach for equipment availability. With nearby access to I-85, our new location allows us to respond to our customers quickly and efficiently.”
Allen added that on the heels of the five-year projected construction market forecast of nearly $60 billion, H&E is optimally positioned to provide the needed equipment to a variety of job sites. “Surface infrastructure and multifamily construction projects are strong, and we are moving in new rental machinery to prepare to meet the needs of customers working all around the area,” said Allen.
The Fairburn branch specializes in the rental of aerial lifts, telescopic forklifts, earthmoving machinery, compaction equipment, generators, compressors, and more. It represents Gehl, Genie, JLG, MEC, Skyjack, SkyTrak, Case, Allmand, Atlas Copco, Bomag, Club Car, Cushman, Doosan, Generac Mobile, Hilti, Husqvarna, JCB, John Deere, Kubota, LayMor, Ledwell, Lincoln Electric, Link-Belt Excavators, Miller, Multiquip, Polaris, Sullair, Sullivan-Palatek, TAG, Taylor, Towmaster Trailers, Wacker Neuson, Yanmar, and others.
