Incus5 has launched a next-generation AI-powered analytics feature designed to provide deeper visibility into fleet performance and overall business health. The new analytics capability was officially introduced at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas.
The AI-powered analytics offering is built to support both company-level key performance indicators and user-specific dashboards, combining advanced data visualization with customizable metrics. The platform is designed to help equipment rental companies and contractors better understand utilization, asset health, and operational trends.
“As telematics adoption accelerates and margins tighten, the competitive gap is shifting from who has data to who can act on it first. Incus5’s analytics are built to turn visibility into profitability,” said Jeff Janczak, President at Incus5.
Using connected fleet data, the analytics platform enables users to quickly answer operational questions such as which machines are past contract end dates, which assets are idle or overutilized, what equipment requires immediate attention, and how much of the fleet is currently utilized versus unavailable for rent.
At CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, the Incus5 team is demonstrating the new analytics tools live in the North Hall at Booth N13254. The company is also discussing trends related to equipment telematics, utilization analytics, connected operations, and data-driven decision-making.
The platform integrates data from multiple sources into centralized dashboards and reports, allowing teams across an organization to access actionable insights. The system supports use cases including tracking utilization across locations, identifying underperforming assets, monitoring operational trends, and forecasting maintenance needs.
Incus5’s open-platform approach is intended to support rental companies and contractors managing large fleets across multiple locations and systems, allowing access to multiple data integrations without being locked into a single ecosystem.
