CM Labs Simulations will present its newly launched Intellia workforce training system during CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas, with demonstrations scheduled in North Hall, booth N11839.
The system combines simulation-based curriculum, training management tools, hardware configurations and AI-assisted learning to support operator training programs across the construction industry.
CM Labs developed the platform in response to challenges many organizations face when scaling training programs, including inconsistent results and limited visibility into trainee progress.
The training curriculum includes simulator exercises paired with online learning materials, using CM Labs’ physics-based heavy equipment simulations to replicate real-world jobsite conditions. The system’s management tools allow instructors and administrators to monitor progress, track performance metrics and generate reports within a single system.
The training environments range from entry-level setups to immersive simulator configurations designed to reflect actual equipment and crew roles.
“Construction training teams are being asked to do more to solve the labor shortage with less, without compromising safety or training quality,” said Lisa Barbieri, vice president of marketing and strategic relationships at CM Labs. “The Intellia Workforce Training System brings structure, visibility and consistency to operator training, helping organizations reduce risk and scale their programs with confidence.”
An AI Assistant is also integrated into the platform to support both instructors and trainees. The tool, initially available with the tracked excavator simulation curriculum, provides real-time answers related to training exercises and system use.
CM Labs indicates the AI component is intended to reduce routine tasks for instructors and support more efficient training sessions.
Attendees will be able to view demonstrations of the system’s features, including its AI-assisted learning tools, throughout the CONEXPO event.
