JLG Industries has expanded its aftermarket parts offering with the introduction of AllFleet Parts, a cross-fleet replacement parts program available through JLG Online Express.
The new program is intended to provide parts coverage for fleets operating a mix of equipment brands and machine types.
“Fleet managers, contractors, equipment owners and rental operations are responsible for keeping a wide range of machines running,” said Wade Jones, senior director – aftermarket at JLG. “AllFleet Parts gives them broader access to the parts they use every day, whether they’re maintaining aerial equipment, telehandlers, skid steers or other compact machines. It’s about delivering flexibility, coverage and confidence across the fleet.”
JLG said the AllFleet Parts portfolio supports equipment from more than 60 brands used across multiple industries, including construction, agriculture, landscaping, industrial maintenance, utilities and rental operations.
The parts catalog includes both brand-specific replacement components and universal parts compatible with multiple machine types.
The AllFleet Parts offering focuses on commonly used service and wear items that support regular equipment maintenance. According to JLG, categories include engine components, tires, tracks, batteries, oil filters and shop supplies.
The portfolio also includes attachments used on compact equipment such as buckets, augers, forks, grapples and other specialty tools.
“Unlike brand-specific replacement programs, AllFleet Parts is built for the realities of mixed fleets,” said Jones. “From routine service items to productivity-enhancing attachments for compact equipment used in earthmoving, material handling and utility applications, AllFleet Parts helps equipment owners and operators find what they need to maintain and maximize their fleets.”
AllFleet Parts is integrated directly into the Online Express system, allowing users to search for compatible parts, compare options and place orders through a single platform.
JLG said the system is designed to simplify the ordering process by helping customers identify parts that fit their equipment and complete purchases through the same interface.
