JLG Industries, an Oshkosh Corporation company and manufacturer of mobile elevating work platforms and telehandlers, has introduced the JLG AG619 telehandler. The mid-size machine is purpose-built for agricultural operations and was shown for the first time at the 2025 World Dairy Expo in Madison, Wis.
“With the launch of the AG619, JLG enters this category with the only American-made telehandler in the size class — a key differentiator for farmers who value domestic manufacturing, parts availability and service support,” said Bob Nelson, vice president and general manager, JLG Agriculture. “From stacking bales to loading feed or moving pallets, this machine offers the reach, strength and reliability modern producers need to boost productivity across their farming operations.”
The AG619 offers a 6,150-pound lift capacity, 19-foot lift height and 10-foot-1-inch forward reach. Its compact dimensions — 6 feet 11 inches wide and 7 feet 5 inches tall — paired with a 142-inch turning radius, are designed for maneuverability in confined spaces.
Powered by a 100-horsepower Deutz TCD 3.6L engine with a two-speed hydrostatic transmission, the AG619 reaches travel speeds of up to 22 miles per hour. Hydraulic output is rated at 24 gallons per minute at 3,480 psi to handle attachments. The machine has an operating weight of 13,600 pounds, supports 5,000 pounds at maximum height and 2,700 pounds at maximum reach. Boom cycle times range from five to 7.5 seconds.
Operator-focused features include a full-size cab with wide visibility, intuitive controls, optional suspension seating and air conditioning. A multifunction joystick provides precision control, while an optional multifunction display integrates a reversing camera and electronic load charts.
Technology systems include Load Stability Indication for visual guidance, ClearSky Smart Fleet for remote diagnostics and a reversing fan to clear debris from the cooling system in dusty environments.
JLG designed the AG619 for versatility with a range of approved attachments such as buckets, forks, bale spears and grapples. An industry-first receiver hitch allows for trailer towing on farms.
“The mid-capacity telehandler market is competitive,” Nelson said. “The unique advantages and class-leading features of the AG619 position it as a strong choice for medium- to large-scale dairy, feedlots, hay production, poultry and other livestock, as well as mixed-use farming operations.”
The JLG AG619 is available now through JLG sales representatives and authorized dealers in North America.
