Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas has introduced the Jungheinrich EFG C20Q-C40Q, an electric forklift designed for narrow-aisle environments that require precise handling and efficient performance. The model was announced on November18 in Houston and is now part of the company’s lift truck lineup distributed throughout North America.
“The EFG C20Q-C40Q represents a forward-thinking approach to electric lift trucks,” said Luca Ghiotto, manager of product marketing at Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas. “With intuitive controls, advanced technology and industry-leading ergonomics, operators can maximize productivity and confidence on every lift.”
The forklift utilizes AC motor technology paired with dual drive and hydraulic systems to minimize energy loss and maintain stable torque. Electronic control systems support smooth load handling, consistent lift response and maneuverability in tight warehouse conditions.
According to the company, the EFG C20Q-C40Q provides lift capacities ranging from 4,000 to 8,000 pounds, lift heights up to 312 inches with passive sway control and travel speeds up to 12.5 miles per hour when unloaded. Jungheinrich reports that the turning radius is up to 14 inches shorter than competing models and that customizable hydraulic controls and power steering are available.
Battery configurations include lead-acid or lithium-ion, with 36- or 48-volt options. The model is designed to simplify battery maintenance and replacement, and the operator compartment features an expanded layout intended to reduce fatigue during long shifts.
Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas describes the new forklift as an option for indoor and narrow-aisle applications that prioritize precision, energy efficiency and operator comfort.
