Rouse: MEWP, Telehandler Values Continue to Grow

The August Equipment Report by Rouse Services found that aerial equipment retail values are continuing to improve this year, and telehandler values are experiencing a prolonged period of growth.

According to the report, aerial equipment auction values have flattened, but both retail and auction values of telehandlers are on an upward trajectory since February 2017, with occasional flat periods.

These two equipment categories are bright spots for general construction equipment values, which are at peak levels in the past 18 months, according to the report summary. This positive growth is driven primarily by telehandlers, the report finds.
