Sinoboom Enters Telehandler Market

Sinoboom launched its first range of telehandler products on April 18th in a ceremony at its headquarters in Changsha, China.

The company says the telehandler product line was engineered with the rental industry's requirements in mind. It consists of two stationary models (TH40-14 and TH45-18) and one rotating model (TH50-18R), all of which are multi-functional with optional attachments of fork-type platform, bucket, clamp, vacuum suction device, and gripper.

After a stringent and systematic testing and debugging process, Sinoboom will release the range to the overseas market.

During the launch ceremony, Sinoboom Chairman Steven Liu introduced the background R&D work behind the launch of products for the telehandler sector.

“Sinoboom has never stopped its pace of innovative research and development since its establishment in 2008, and always strives to provide customers with diversified solutions for work at height. We seek to provide differentiated products within the market, and focus on creating true value for customers,” said Liu.

Key features include:

  • A frame-leveling function is standard for adaptability on uneven sites and keeps the boom working horizontally, enhancing load security.
  • Three steering modes: front-wheel, four-wheel and crab.
  • Compact body size, with a fixed minimum width of 7’6” which allows transportation by container.
  • FOPS and ROPS certification for the cab, helping ensure the safety of operators.
  • Real-time dynamic monitoring to prevent overturning and overloading.
  • Auto-shutdown of the engine in the case of engine failure and emergency power to ensure safe recovery.
  • One of the largest cabs in the market, with ample room for operator movement and 360° glass for all-round visibility.
  •  A  7’ smart screen enables multi-function integration, as well as real-time query and machine status monitoring.
  • Full-proportional joystick control for smooth and coordinated movement, starting and stopping.
  • Centralized button layout for easy operation.
  • Automatic engine speed-up function, providing stable and ample power without lagging.

One machine offers multiple functions, and each of the models in the range features an automatic attachment identification function, with one-click switch and quick matching of corresponding control programs.

Sinoboom says there is a larger loading capacity within the same accessible height segment compared to standard telehandlers.

Also, these models can travel with their load using 4-wheel drive and at a maximum speed of 21 mph.

An optional extra feature is an engine pre-heating device for customers requiring enhanced cold-weather performance, ensuring stable starting and operation in low temperatures, providing a strong guarantee for customers.

Note: Blue equipment color is not available in the United States.
