SmartFlex BK360 Gloves Provide Grip and Warmth for Elevated Work

Lift operators and aerial work crews can now rely on enhanced cold-weather protection with Brass Knuckle’s SmartFlex BK360 gloves. Designed for warmth, dexterity and grip, the BK360 is ideal for workers operating at heights in frigid conditions.

The glove includes a 13-gauge nylon shell over a seven-gauge napped acrylic liner and a foam latex coating on the palm and fingers. Unlike standard coatings that stiffen in the cold, the SmartFlex BK360 remains flexible, supporting safe and precise handling of controls and tools. A stretchable knit wrist seals out debris and cold air for added protection.

“Cold exposure isn’t just uncomfortable — it’s dangerous,” Brass Knuckle said. NIOSH notes that workers facing extreme cold may develop cold stress, which can affect core body temperatures and lead to serious injury.

For lift and access professionals, the SmartFlex BK360 delivers thermal protection, tactile control and a strong grip to help maintain productivity and safety during winter operations.
