JLG ES Series

JLG has expanded its equipment lineup with a micro-sized scissor lift series that includes the ES1330M, ES1530M and ES1930M. The electric-powered models are designed for indoor and outdoor use in confined or weight-sensitive environments such as data centers, hospitals, schools, libraries, airports, museums and commercial facilities. The lifts are intended for jobsites where access limitations, maneuverability and floor loading are key considerations.

All three models feature a 30-inch machine width and a zero-degree inside turning radius, allowing them to move through standard doorways, narrow corridors and crowded work areas. The lifts weigh less than 3,000 pounds, with the ES1330M and ES1530M weighing under 2,000 pounds, enabling use on delicate flooring and in freight elevators. Platform capacities are rated at 500 pounds across the lineup, supporting up to two occupants indoors, depending on the model, for tasks such as electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, IT installation, painting and general facility maintenance.

Operator stability is supported through platform design features, including an optimized arm stack and an offset middle pin on the ES1930M to reduce sway at height. Optional features available across the line include an integrated mid-rail deck, a 900-watt inverter, a white noise alarm, a multi-display indicator with battery and diagnostics information, anti-vandalism and hostile environment packages, the SkySense enhanced detection system and lithium-ion battery options.
Each model is equipped with JLG’s ClearSky Smart Fleet IoT platform for remote diagnostics and fleet management, along with variable tilt technology to extend the usable work envelope on slight slopes. Standard leak containment systems help protect sensitive floors. Design elements such as simplified component layouts, including a single lift cylinder and improved wiring harness on the ES1930M, are intended to reduce maintenance time and support long-term serviceability.

LGMG SS2632E

The LGMG SS2632E micro scissor lift is engineered for tight spaces and indoor environments where maneuverability and low-impact operation are critical. With its compact size, the SS2632E can fit through standard doorways, making it ideal for data centers, warehouses, retail interiors, hospitals and other confined areas. Despite its small footprint, the lift features a large extension deck and reinforced platform floors manufactured with heavier-gauge steel, providing durability to your rental fleet.

Weighing in at 4,365 pounds, less than a standard 26-foot slab scissor lift, the SS2632E is portable and designed to minimize floor load, making it suitable for jobs where clean, low-impact operation is required. The alternating current (AC) electric drive and sealed function pump motors ensure quiet, reliable operation, while built-in leak-containment protects indoor floors and helps keep work areas clean. Drivable at full height, the lift supports ongoing productivity.

The new perimeter lighting option is now available on all LGMG scissor lifts, providing a visual cue, helping workers in loud environments or when hearing protection reduces the effectiveness of audible alarms. Its design shares parts commonality with other LGMG micro scissor lifts, simplifying maintenance and parts management. Its compact dimensions and low weight provide excellent maneuverability, allowing operators to work efficiently in tight aisles, elevators or narrow corridors.

Optimized for efficiency and value, the SS2632E micro scissor lift offers a cost-effective alternative to the industry standard 26-foot scissor lift. It delivers the versatility and performance needed for indoor maintenance, making it the ideal choice for facilities that demand mobility, footprint efficiency and clean operation. All LGMG MEWPs are backed by the company’s five-year standard warranty.

Lift-a-Loft MXT16

The MXT16 is a scissor-lift platform installed on a burden carrier chassis for compact, maneuverable access in aircraft maintenance and large industrial environments. The unit provides a 16-foot platform height and supports a 500-pound capacity for personnel, tools and materials. A 3-foot manual deck extension increases the usable work area when additional reach is required.

For stability during elevated operation, the MXT16 is equipped with deployable stabilizers that secure the vehicle before lifting. The burden-carrier base offers low ground pressure, tight turning capability and ease of transport inside facilities or across paved surfaces.

Typical uses include aircraft maintenance, general facility maintenance, light industrial tasks and areas where a small footprint lift is required.

MEC 3232SE AC

Launched in 2024, MEC’s 3232SE AC is a 32-foot, 32-inch-wide scissor lift that can drive fully elevated. The direct-electric drive design does not require outriggers or drive cut-outs and features a platform more than 10 feet long with a three-foot roll-out deck. AC front wheel drive motors provide maneuverability and proportional control.

MEC’s 3232SE AC also features many operator-friendly solutions, including a two-in-one plug for power to the platform and machine charging. This prevents the unit from being left uncharged due to the use of an incorrect receptacle and allows the batteries to recharge while power is being used at the platform. Additionally, MEC’s platform controller operates in the direction of intended motion for lift functions: forward/downward for lowering and rearward/upward for lifting. This inherently mitigates the risk of overhead entrapment.

Standard on the 3232SE AC is MEC’s patented leak containment system, which protects sensitive flooring from hydraulic oil using easily accessible magnetic trays with absorbent pads positioned beneath hydraulic components. This eliminates the need for aftermarket diapers, which can impede machine performance.  Non-marking tires are also standard for added flooring protection, as well as 24-volt, 240-amp-hour absorbent glass mat (AGM) maintenance-free batteries that help reduce service costs and support endurance.

The 3232SE AC can be configured with several options, including MEC’s 1,000-watt inverter, pipe racks and a tool tray. MEC also offers a perimeter laser light option that illuminates an adjustable border around the machine while it is on. This light alerts nearby personnel to remain outside the perimeter to avoid potential falling objects and also provides the operator with a visual positioning guide for positioning the chassis while driving. MEC’s Proactive Platform Safety System (PPSS) is available on this model and uses an ultrasonic sensor at the platform controls to provide the operator with a warning of an overhead obstruction, serving as a secondary guarding system.
