CLARK Material Handling Company has announced the launch of its new S25–35XE Renegade Lithium Series electric forklifts, scheduled for Thursday, December 4. The announcement was made from Dallas, Texas, on December 1, 2025.
The S25–35XE Renegade models are designed to combine the performance characteristics of internal combustion (IC) trucks with lithium-ion electric power. According to the company, the electric forklifts are intended for both indoor and outdoor applications and are part of the CLARK S-Series product line.
CLARK reports that, compared to IC trucks, the S25–35XE can reduce total cost of ownership by 20% or more due to fuel savings from CLARK Fusion Lithium Power. The company also states that service and maintenance requirements are reduced because the trucks have fewer moving parts and do not require oil changes, filter changes, spark plugs or coolant changes.
“The Renegade is built to make a splash in the industry,” said Brandon Bullard, vice president of sales at CLARK. “It delivers the rugged performance needed for the outdoors with the precision and comfort operators expect indoors. With its lithium technology, customers can count on total lower cost of ownership and faster, simpler charging. It’s a true game-changer for yard applications.”
The S25–35XE Renegade is available in 5,000-, 6,000- and 7,000-pound capacity configurations and is equipped with the CLARK Fusion Lithium battery system. The company states that the forklifts offer more than six inches of ground clearance and are capable of climbing grades up to 27%. They are also rated to operate in rain at speeds up to 11 miles per hour. Optional features include enclosed cabs with heating or air conditioning.
According to CLARK, the forklifts provide up to eight hours of runtime and can support three-shift operations with opportunity charging. Full recharge time is listed at approximately two hours with no cooling period required. An optional onboard charger is also available.
As part of the S-Series, the S25–35XE includes updated ergonomic features intended to improve operator comfort, visibility and control.
