Hiab has introduced an updated ProCare lifecycle services portfolio that combines equipment service with connected technologies, data, and digital tools. The company said the portfolio is designed to give fleet owners more information about equipment performance and support more predictable maintenance and equipment availability.
The updated offering includes Standard, Plus, and Premium agreement levels. Customers can select an agreement based on their operational needs, with each level providing access to lifecycle services intended to support equipment management.
Hiab said that more than 50,000 connected assets and more than 1 million completed service visits provide the company with a base of equipment and service data for developing its lifecycle services.
The ProCare portfolio includes a platform that provides equipment performance information and service reporting. The platform also includes support services and API access for integration with customer systems.
Through intelligent remote diagnostics, equipment operators can establish a secure, two-way connection with Hiab to help identify and address issues remotely. Hiab said the capability is intended to support faster responses and reduce downtime.
Real-time remote monitoring is another component of the updated portfolio. Hiab experts monitor connected assets for potential safety, reliability, and productivity risks and provide alerts when issues are identified.
The monitoring system includes alerts based on established rules as well as AI-driven predictive insights.
"Lifetime care of Hiab equipment should be as simple and easy as possible, while delivering clear business value for our customers," says Maria Lindroos, VP lifecycle services at Hiab. “With the next generation of ProCare, we are combining our service expertise, connected equipment, and data to help customers increase equipment availability, make lifecycle costs more predictable, and get more productivity from their fleets.”
Hiab said the updated ProCare portfolio combines physical service, connectivity, data, and human expertise as part of its approach to equipment lifecycle management.
The company plans to begin a phased global rollout of the renewed ProCare Service Agreements portfolio in the fourth quarter of 2026.
