MAXAM Tire has introduced the MS705 NM, a non-marking solid tire for skid steer equipment. The tire is a non-marking version of the existing MS705 and is intended for construction equipment used indoors or on surfaces where tire marks are a concern.
The MS705 NM combines a solid tire design with a non-marking tread compound. Its construction eliminates flats associated with punctures and sidewall damage, while also eliminating the need for routine air pressure checks.
The tire incorporates a three-stage, 100% rubber construction and an aperture sidewall designed to provide a softer ride. Internal steel ring reinforcement helps eliminate wheel slip, and a heat-resistant cushion center compound is designed to support durability in demanding applications.
The MS705 NM is intended for applications where protecting finished floors and other sensitive surfaces is important. MAXAM said the tire gives customers another option for matching skid steer tires to jobsite requirements where non-marking performance is needed.
