JLG Industries has added the E25MCL vertical mast lift to its North American product lineup. The electric-powered model provides a 25-foot platform height and 31-foot working height while maintaining a narrow chassis and zero inside turning radius.

The E25MCL is designed for applications including data centers, facilities maintenance, commercial construction, and industrial environments. Its compact design is intended for maneuvering in confined indoor spaces and around obstacles.

The lift has a standard platform capacity of 350 pounds and a 265-pound deck extension capacity.

The E25MCL incorporates several technologies intended to support operation in confined work areas. Progressive elevated drive technology, introduced on a JLG vertical mast lift for the first time with this model, adjusts travel speed as the platform is raised.

The machine also uses JLG's Variable Tilt Technology, which is available on select JLG scissor lifts. The technology is designed to maximize the machine's work envelope when operating on slight slopes.

A leak containment system is incorporated into the E25MCL design, with built-in trays intended to contain 100% of the system's hydraulic fluid.

“As modern job site needs change, access equipment must evolve,” says Kristine Baisa, senior product specialist, JLG. “Like JLG’s E18 vertical mast lift models, the all-new E25MCL has been engineered with operator productivity, serviceability, and job site versatility in mind. At the same time, it takes the next step forward in our vertical mast lift offering by bringing increased reach and productivity-focused technologies to a compact machine designed for space-constrained applications.”

The E25MCL has batteries located under the hood, simplified harness routing, and a reduced overall parts count. Flooded lead-acid batteries are standard, while AGM and lithium-ion options are available.

JLG ClearSky Smart Fleet connectivity also comes standard, providing fleet management capabilities.

Available options and accessories include SkySense with Collision Avoidance, an object detection system designed to provide alerts and support operator awareness in certain operating conditions.

“The E25MCL demonstrates how JLG is applying proven, value-added technologies across its access equipment portfolio to expand machine capabilities,” says Baisa. “By bringing technologies already used on JLG scissor lifts into our vertical mast lift line, we can continue to develop solutions that address changing job site needs, support machine uptime and improve operator productivity.”
