Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC, announced on October 13, 2026, that it has entered a cooperative purchasing agreement through Axia Cooperative, giving eligible public-sector organizations access to its equipment rental solutions without conducting a separate solicitation.

The agreement covers heavy equipment and tool rentals and was competitively solicited and awarded by the City of Tucson.

Eligible organizations include government agencies, municipalities, school districts, higher education institutions, housing authorities, and other public entities. The agreement provides procurement teams with access to competitively awarded pricing and terms. Participating agencies may also register for Axia Cooperative's rebate program.

“This agreement makes it easier for public agencies to access the equipment and support they need while working through an established procurement solution,” said Bryan Kiser, senior vice president sales. “We’re proud to work with Axia Cooperative to bring Sunstate’s combination of national capability, responsive service and personal partnership to more public-sector organizations.”

Founded in 1977, Sunstate Equipment provides equipment rentals and related services to construction and industrial customers. The company said the agreement supports its efforts to make equipment rental and customer support more accessible to public-sector organizations.

Public agencies can review Sunstate's Axia Cooperative contract and request pricing. Agencies interested in the rebate program can register through Axia Cooperative.
