Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas introduced its UniCarriers BXCQ Series electric forklifts, adding a new line designed to support long-term durability and operator productivity across material-handling environments in North, Central and South America.
The series aims to deliver consistent performance and reduce maintenance through a combination of reliable drive components and extended-life battery systems, according to the company.
“With the launch of the UniCarriers Forklifts BXCQ Series, we’re introducing more electric forklifts designed with reliability at their core,” said Luca Ghiotto, manager of product marketing at Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas. “From the dependable drive units to long-lasting batteries, every detail of the BXCQ Series is engineered to deliver consistent performance and confidence throughout the workday and over many years of operation.”
The BXCQ Series is built around simplified systems and energy-efficient motors to support predictable power delivery and lower total operating costs, featuring refined hydraulics, steering and braking for smooth handling.
Performance characteristics include loaded lift speeds up to 110.2 feet per minute, a turning radius designed to maneuver within tight warehouse spaces using dual drive motors and a 100-degree steering axle and travel speeds up to 12.5 miles per hour. The line also incorporates a revised counterweight to lower the center of gravity, enabling lifts of 5,000 pounds to 187 inches.
The series is produced in Marengo, Illinois, with approximately 75% of components manufactured or sourced from U.S. suppliers.
“With the launch of the BXCQ Series, UniCarriers Forklifts is reaffirming its commitment to innovation, reliability and long-term value in material handling,” the company stated.
