
United Rentals has recognized Skyjack, a division of Linamar Corporation (TSX:LNR), with its 2025 Supplier of the Year Award, presented during the rental company’s annual supplier event in St. Louis, Missouri.
The event took place January 10–11 and brought together equipment partners and industry representatives. Skyjack was selected based on its ongoing collaboration with United Rentals in supplying access and material handling equipment for rental fleets.

Skyjack representatives noted the importance of working closely with rental partners.

Skyjack President Charlie Patterson highlighted the company’s efforts during a challenging market year.
“2025 was a challenging year for the industry, but the Skyjack team dug deep to consistently focus on customer needs, offer flexibility and responsiveness, deliver first-class product support and successfully develop innovative products,” said Patterson. “We place high value on relationships with our customers, and we are very grateful for the privilege of earning this award.”
United Rentals has previously recognized Skyjack with the same award in 2012 and 2018, reflecting an ongoing partnership between the two companies.
